WordPress 4.3.1 is now available. This is a security release for all previous versions and it is strongly recommended to update your sites immediately. Keep everything updated to stay secure. While the number of problems wich are addressed this patch is quite short, simply handling cross-site scripting vulnerabilities, their range is quite large. In fact, two major leaks for cross-site scripting were found in the processing of shortcode tags, in the user list table and a security leak in private posts. To fix these issues there had to be a lot of files to be changed, wich you can read here.
Remember to keep your WordPress always up-to-date and to have a backup before upgrading. Happy blogging.
