WooCommerce 2.3.9 Fix/Security Release

WooCommerce 2.3.9 was released two days ago. This patch will bring an update for PrettyPhoto to Version 3.16 and, among other things, some minor bugfixes for Product management and  Maltese Paypal users 😉

As there are no major security bugfixes in 2.3.9 and 2.3.8 this might be the last update before WooCommerce 2.4. Still it is highly recommended to test your update in a secure testing area.
